Chaperone Requirement: Each room must have a parent or chaperone who is at least 25 years old to complete the check-in process.
Expulsion and Refunds: Hotel Management reserves the right to expel guests for inappropriate behavior or property damage without a refund or reimbursement for remaining nights.
Local Authorities: Explicitly state that the hotel may contact local authorities if guests violate or fail to comply with Iberostar policies. Security Deposit Coverage: The 200 USD refundable deposit must cover not only damages, but also unpaid expenses, losses, or fines incurred by the guests.
Minor Wristband Penalty: Legal guardians are required to pay a penalty of 450 USD in the event of damage, tampering, or misuse of the minor's identifiable wristband.
Spring Break Definition: Iberostar does not accept any individuals or groups associated with Spring Break at any property and at any time of the year.
Right to Deny Check-in: The hotel reserves the right to deny acheck-in to any group or individual identified as being part of a Spring Break group. Operational Restrictions: The hotel chain may impose additional criteria or restrictions based on occupancy levels, seasonality, or operational limitations of each property.

Student/Youth group policy:
• All student/youth groups must be pre-approved and will be reviewed on a case by case basis
• Upon check in, each group will be required to make a refundable cash deposit of $200.00USD per room for any charges or damages that might be incurred during the stay
• In the event that any member(s) from the group engage in inappropriate behavior disrespecting hotel staff and/or other guests or causing physical damage to the facilites, the hotel management reserves the right to expel the entire group without reimbursement or refund of the remaining nights.
