WestJet is currently in negotiations with the union representing WestJet cabin crew. Discussions are ongoing and we remain optimistic an agreement can be reached. To provide greater flexibility and peace of mind, if you have a Sunwing Vacations booking which includes WestJet flights that depart from, or return to, Canada between July 30 and August 4, 2026, you can make a one-time change or cancellation to your booking without a fee. Please review the below options:

Cancellations:

• You can cancel your booking without cancellation fees and receive a full refund to a travel voucher.

• The voucher can be used toward a future booking and will be subject to its expiry date as well as any applicable booking terms.

• Cancellations can be made up to 4 hours prior to departure.

• To cancel your booking, please log into Manage my Booking.

Changes:

• You can change your destination and travel dates without paying a change fee.

• Please note the price of your package is subject to change. Any increase in price will apply and if the price is lower the difference will be refunded to a travel voucher.

• Changes can be made up to 4 hours prior to departure.

If you choose not to change your booking:

• No action is required if you prefer to keep your current reservation.

• If the flights under your booking are affected by the labour disruption, WestJet will make every effort to provide alternate flight options, including flights operated by partner airlines or other carriers where available. However, due to peak summer travel, alternative flight options may be limited.

• If WestJet is unable to provide a flight option that meets your needs, you will have the option of receiving a refund for the value of your vacation package.

For Guests already at their destination:

• You can change your flight to depart earlier without change fees or difference in price. Subject to flight availability.

• To request a refund of any unused hotel nights please contact us. Any eligible refund will be processed to a travel voucher.

• You can extend your vacation without change fees or difference in cost for the flight component of your package however any additional hotel charge is your responsibility.

• To make changes to your booking, please contact the local Sunwing Vacations Destination Representative supported by NexusTours, at 1-855-706-3987.
