Spring Break Policy
In order to maintain a family oriented environment, Iberostar hotels & resorts has decided to implement the following policies: All groups booked during the months of March and April shall adhere to the following criteria:
• Sunwing Vacations understands that one parent or chaperone age at least 21 is required in every room.
• Sunwing Vacations understands that in the event that any members from the group engage in inappropriate behaviour disrespecting our staff and/or other guests or causing physical damages to the facilities, the hotel management reserves the right to expel the entire group without reimbursement.

Student Policy/Youth Groups Policy:
Iberostar Hotels & Resorts is a family-oriented environment and thus has implemented the following policy for Spring Breakers reservations. The valid period is March 1st, 2021 to April 30th, 2021. Spring Breakers are defined as Students/youth between 16 and 23 years of age.

• One parent or chaperone at least 25 years of age will be required per room for check-in. Adults accompanying are responsible for the students’ behavior.
• In the event that any guest(s) engage in inappropriate behavior disrespecting Hotel staff and/or other guests or causing physical damages to the facilities, the Hotel Management reserves the right to expel the guest(s) without reimbursement or refund of the remaining nights.

• Environmental Tax can range from approximately $31 - $77 MXN Pesos per room per night. Payable locally directly to the hotel upon check in. Rates are subject to change.
• Please note, Iberostar Selection Paraiso Lindo in Riviera Maya, Mexico has advised the hotel will be carrying out partial renovations to the Solarium area of the main pool.
  The tiles in the sections with sun chairs and palapas will be worked on in phases to avoid causing any inconvenience to our mutual guests.
  The work is expected to be completed October 03, 2022.
  All other services and facilities will remain the same.
• Please note the Iberostar Selection Paraiso Lindo, in the Riviera Maya Mexico, will be carrying out required maintenance work on the water park slides, therefore the slide section will be inaccessible from August 26 to October 6, 2024 inclusive.
  
  There will be other aquatic facilities available for guest enjoyment, including the pirate ship, wave pool, lazy river and main pool will be operating as usual.
