Spring Break Policy:
Iberostar Hotels & Resorts is a family-oriented environment and thus has implemented the following policy for Spring Breakers reservations. The valid period is March 1st, 2021 to April 30th, 2021.
Spring Breakers are defined as Students/youth between 16 and 23 years of age.

• One parent or chaperone at least 25 years of age will be required per room for check-in. Adults accompanying are responsible for the students’ behavior.
• In the event that any guest(s) engage in inappropriate behavior disrespecting Hotel staff and/or other guests or causing physical damages to the facilities, the Hotel Management reserves the right to expel the guest(s) without reimbursement or refund of the remaining nights.

Student Groups:
Iberostar Hotels & Resorts is a family oriented environment and thus has implemented the following policy for Student/Youth Groups that is applicable year-round and for all Iberostar properties. Students/youth are considered by the hotel as any person between 16 and 23 years of age.

• Students Groups are on request for any hotel. Any student/youth group must be pre-approved and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• One parent or chaperone at least 25 years of age will be required per room for check-in. Adults accompanying the group are responsible for the students’ behavior.
• In the event that any guests engage in inappropriate behavior disrespecting Hotel staff and/or other guests or cause physical damages to the facilities, the Hotel Management reserves the right to expel the said guest without reimbursement or refund of the remaining nights.
• FIT bookings and Groups, upon check-in will be required to leave a refundable cash deposit of USD $200.00 per room for any damages, unpaid expenses, losses or fines that the clients incur or become responsible during their stay at the hotel. If nothing happens during the group’s stay, this deposit will be refund to the TTOO/Agency after departure.
• Alcoholic drinks will be offered to the students older than 18 years old.

• Environmental Tax can range from approximately $31 - $77 MXN Pesos per room per night. Payable locally directly to the hotel upon check in. Rates are subject to change.
• Please note, Iberostar Selection Paraiso Maya in Riviera Maya, Mexico has advised the hotel will be undergoing some enhancements. During renovations some services / facilities will be closed and alternate options will be provided as per below:
  
  Rooms: Aug 22, 2022 – Dec 12, 2022
  There will be partial renovations to rooms in 3 buildings at the resort. The hotel has advised there will be no noise or visual disturbance associated with the renovations. The work being done will be restricted to rooms only, one building at a time and will be closed to guests.
  
  Solarium area of the main pool (section with sun chairs and palapas) : NOW through Oct 03, 2022
  There may be minimal noise associated with change in tiles of the Solarium. The areas being worked on will be screened off from guests. All services will continue to be offered per usual .
  
  All other services and facilities will remain the same.
• Please note the Iberostar Selection Paraiso Lindo, in the Riviera Maya Mexico, will be carrying out required maintenance work on the water park slides, therefore the slide section will be inaccessible from August 26 to October 6, 2024 inclusive.
  
  There will be other aquatic facilities available for guest enjoyment, including the pirate ship, wave pool, lazy river and main pool will be operating as usual.
