Student Group Policy:

• The hotel should receive a guaranteed deposit of 100 CUC per person on arrival to the hotel for any damage, expenses, losses, fines that customers might incur. If no damages, this deposit will be returned to the clients before departure.
• A responsible adult (+18 Years) must accompany the group and will be responsible for the student behaviour.
• Alcoholic drinks/access to the night club will be allowed to students older than 18 years old.
• Rule of 10” will be in place, established by local authorities: In the case of damaged items, customers will be charged the value of item multiplied by 10.

• Hours of operation and availability of all restaurants and bars are subject to change based on the hotel’s occupancy throughout the season.
• Please note effective immediately until October 31, 2024, Memories Flamenco Beach Resort in Cayo Coco, Cuba has advised that the Public restrooms in the Lobby & the guest courtesy shower will be closed for maintenance works. Guests will be able to use the public washrooms located close to the Lobby Bar & a courtesy room will be provided. All other services and facilities remain the same, all visual and noise impact will be kept to a minimum.
• Please note effective May 11, 2024, to October 31, 2024, Memories Flamenco Beach Resort in Cayo Coco has advised on the following: • Selections Restaurant will be closed for renovations. Menu service will be offered at the Diamond Club Restaurant and in the Bella Cucina restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. • Diamond Club restaurant service will be offered at Aegea restaurant. • Italian and Mediterranean menu service will be offered at the Nagano and Bella Cucina restaurant on alternate days. • Creole and Asian restaurant will open on alternate days. All other services and facilities will remain the same.
