Hotel does not accommodate any type of student groups, including but not limited to spring break groups. Any leisure or social group that is predominantly comprised of guests under the age of 25, must be of a family nature where at least one parent stays in the room with their children.

• Please note starting 01 May until 31 October 2024, Hilton La Romana will begin insulation work on the air conditioning pipes in various buildings within both the adult only and family resorts.
  
  We anticipate there may be some noise in the buildings/ floors where the work is being completed however, this work is necessary to ensure optimal guest comfort in the long term.
  
  The hotel will ensure to keep the disruptions to a minimum so that guests have an enjoyable experience.
• Please note, in order to continue providing the best customer experience Hilton La Romana will be conducting the below renovation and maintenance work. From August 30 – October 5, 2024, Spices Market buffet restaurant at Hilton La Romana Family and Noor a la carte restaurant at Hilton La Romana Adult will undergo work on the roof. o The buffet will be available for guests to enjoy at an alternate location during this time. o The Mediterranean menu will be served at a different location where two a la carte restaurant menus will be alternated ensuring that guests don’t miss any specialty during their vacation. o The roof work will only take place during the day and noise will be minimal. From September 23-28, 2024 the Water Park at Hilton La Romana will be unavailable due to routine maintenance. Fortunately, due to its location guests should be unaffected by any noise.
