Changing an air only booking |

Changes can be made up to 45 days before departure for a fee of $50 per file. |
If the price is reduced after you make a change, you will not receive a refund. If your changed flight is more expensive than your previous flight, you must pay the balance of any increase in charges. |
Name changes are not considered "changes" and are governed by our cancellation terms. |

As of December 5, 2023, the fee for travelling with select sporting equipment on board Sunwing Airlines was increased from $25 to $75 which is payable at the airport. The increased fee applies to golf clubs, bicycles, scuba equipment, snorkelling equipment, kiteboards, fishing rods and skis/snowboards. The fee is per flight segment (tax included), up to 23 kgs per item and applicable to all new bookings made as of December 5, 2023.
