The Dominican Experience offers two serving styles – Family for groups with less than 40 guests where dishes are presented on the table to share, and Buffet for parties of more than 40. Beginning with the one-hour private cocktail party, couples choose three hors d’oeuvres to serve from scrumptious options like lamb dumplings, avocado mini-tostados and yucca balls, to be paired with two traditional cocktails and a coconut station.

You and your guests can then savour a two-hour reception with dinner and an open bar. The Family style menus include a three-course meal with fish ceviche, grilled chicken, pineapple upside-down cake and more, while the buffet includes a plethora of dishes from the salad bar all the way to the dessert table. For guests craving something a little different, they can upgrade to Italian or International menus for an additional fee.

The (wedding) party won’t stop in Jamaica

The Jamaican Experience is the perfect amalgamation of the best of what this stunning island has to offer. From the party to the digestifs, this package has got it all. What better way to get your guests feeling the island vibrations than with a live 45-minute steel drum or Mento band performance at cocktail hour? But one cocktail hour simply won’t do, so a second private party follows, including three signature Jamaican hors d’oeuvres and two traditional cocktails.

Dinner is served in a private location determined by your group size, and includes a traditional Jamaican-infused menu, a two-hour reggae band performance and three hours of open bar. All that dancing is sure to make room for the one-tier wedding cake made with Jamaican Rum, which will perfectly pair with a rum tasting at your reception. This experience is designed to accommodate 20 guests, but for couples with larger wedding parties, guests can be added for a small fee.

Ignite the flame in Mexico

With vibrant colours, flavourful combinations and just a hint of spice, the Mexican Experience will have you and your guests eating like locals. This package also begins with a one-hour private cocktail party serving three hors d’oeuvres, such as stuffed jalapeno chillis, mini-sopes with crispy duck, and fish ceviche, along with two traditional cocktails. Your traditional Mexican dinner will excite all your guests’ senses, from the freshness of the jicama salad with orange and cilantro to the earthiness of the achiote marinated grill flank steak with tartlet or sweet potato, which also includes three hours of open bar service.

For dessert, churros and other local sweets will satisfy your tastebuds before you and your guests enjoy a tequila tasting during a private reception. This Experience is crafted for up to 20 guests, but additional guests are easily accommodated for an additional fee. Similar to the Dominican Experience, for less than 40 guests, dinner will be served family style, and buffet style for more than 40.
